3.1. We collect your personal data in order to:
I.conclusion and execution of this User Agreement;
II.creating a Profile and ensuring its use by the User;
III.providing information about the services, products, news and offers of the Mediacube;
IV.tracking User Income;
V.informing Users about the Services provided;
VI.ensuring the possibility of communication with the User, if necessary;
VII.any other informational messages on behalf of the Mediacube;
Our legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your agreement and contract - so that we can provide you with services under the contract and fulfill our obligations (contractual necessity).
4. What we do with your personal data 4.1. Your personal data are stored on the data handler server and on the data handler cloud storage servers. Our data processors process your personal data on the basis of relevant agreements with us and in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. 5.1. The personal data of the Users are stored throughout the term of the Agreement, and not more than 3 (three) months after its termination. The Mediacube will take all necessary steps to ensure that proper security measures are taken to ensure that the personal data of the Users are protected. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, the Mediacube has established proper physical, electronic and managerial procedures for the protection and security of information received from Users.
6. User rights
6.1. You have the right to request the removal of your Personal Data by deleting your profile on this website by sending an email to lite@mediacube.network. at any time. The User's profile and all data associated with it will be deleted within 7 calendar days provided that such deletion does not interfere with the fulfillment of the obligations of the User to us and (or) a third party, with the exception of data that is necessary to fulfill the requirements of applicable law.
After receiving such a request all User data may be stored for up to 7 calendar days.
6.2. The User's permission to collect and store his data can be revoked trough the page lite@mediacube.network
6.2.1. If you revoke permission to receive and use your data, then all data obtained earlier using such permission will be lost within 30 calendar days.
6.3. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you (including whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, where and for what purpose). 7. What we do to protect your personal data
Mediacube will take all necessary steps to ensure that proper security measures are taken to ensure that the personal data of the Users are protected, undertakes to regularly check the security procedures, as well as technical and organizational measures, taking into account the latest technological and technical developments. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, the Mediacube has established the following proper physical, electronic and managerial procedures for the protection and security of information received from Users: encryption, pseudonymization, firewalls, restricted access of persons to information received, the use of passwords and other appropriate measures depending on the situation. 8. Other Privacy Terms of Parties
8.1. Each of the Parties will maintain confidentiality with respect to the commercial, financial and other information received from the other party, except publicly available, and will take all measures in order to protect the information received from disclosure. The transfer of confidential information to third parties, publication or other disclosure may be carried out only with the permission of the Party that provided this information.
8.2. Each Party will take all necessary measures to protect confidential information with at least the same degree of care as it protects its own confidential information.
8.2.1. Pursuant to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the event that Contractor become aware of any suspected data breach in Ezzy or mediacube.id system he undertakes not later than 72 hours to inform the User and the authorized body for data protection.
8.3. In the case of provision of information to authorized representatives of public authorities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Party that provided such information to authorized representatives of public authorities shall immediately, but not later than within 1 (one) business day, notify the other Party in writing of the fact of providing information, indicating the norms of current legislation, by virtue of which the provision of information is mandatory, as well as indicating the list of information provided and attaching a certified copy of the request of authorized representatives of state power.
8.4. The obligation to keep confidential information in secret takes effect from the moment of the first transfer (disclosure) of such information to the receiving Party and remains in force for 2 (Two) years.
9. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using our Services. If you find out that the child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, you can notify us at lite@mediacube.network.
